The client's goal was to implement the omnichannel sales strategy in all sales channels. It was necessary to provide one central source of customer information for sales systems. Every change of information from any channel had to be replicated in real-time in the master-data repository.
A solution was implemented that enables centralized replication, integration and processing of customer data from multiple source systems. It enabled the implementation of the omnichannel strategy by providing up-to-date customer information in any sales channel.
