Personal Data

The administrator of your personal data, within the meaning of data protection regulations, is Sorigo Sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw, at ul. Poznańska 16, apt. 4, 00-680 Warsaw, NIP: 7010588837, REGON: 364737112.

The purposes, legal bases, and period of personal data processing are indicated separately for each purpose of processing data (see the description of the specific purposes of personal data processing below).

Rights. The GDPR grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:

  • the right to access personal data,

  • the right to rectify personal data,

  • the right to delete personal data,

  • the right to restrict the processing of personal data,

  • the right to object to the processing of personal data,

  • the right to data portability,

  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,

  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data if such consent has been given.

The rules related to the exercise of the above rights are described in detail in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these regulations. From our side, we believe it is necessary to explain that the above-mentioned rights are not absolute and will not apply to all processing activities of your personal data. For your convenience, we have made efforts to indicate the rights you have within the description of specific personal data processing operations.

We emphasize that one of the rights mentioned above always applies to you – if you believe that we have violated data protection regulations while processing your personal data, you have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

You can also always request information about what data we have about you and for what purposes we process it. Just send a message to rodo@sorigo.pl. However, we have made every effort to ensure that the information of interest to you is comprehensively presented in this privacy policy. You can also use the above email address for any questions related to the processing of your personal data.

Security. We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure that all security measures and data protection measures required by data protection regulations are taken. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.

List of Entrusted Entities. We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:

HubSpot, Inc., Two Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA – for the use of the mailing system where your data is processed if you subscribed to the newsletter.

All entities to which we entrust the processing of personal data guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data as required by law.

Purposes and Processing Activities

Newsletter. If you want to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide us with your email address via the newsletter subscription form.

The data provided to us during the newsletter subscription is used to send you the newsletter, and the legal basis for processing your data is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) given when subscribing to the newsletter.

The data is processed within the HubSpot mailing system and stored on the server provided by HubSpot.

The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter unless you unsubscribe earlier, which will result in the deletion of your data from the database.

You can correct your data stored in the newsletter database at any time, as well as request their deletion by unsubscribing from the newsletter. You also have the right to data portability, as referred to in Art. 20 of the GDPR.

Email Contact. When you contact us via email, including sending an inquiry through the contact form, you naturally provide us with your email address as the sender's address. Additionally, you may include other personal data in the message content.

Your data is processed in this case for the purpose of contacting you, and the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for processing after the contact is completed is the legitimate purpose of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

The content of the correspondence may be archived, and we are not able to clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the history of correspondence conducted with us (if it was subject to archiving) and request its deletion unless its archiving is justified due to our overriding interests, e.g., defense against potential claims from your side.
