About Us

Our Story

Sorigo was born in 2016 from the shared vision of three experienced professionals – Mariusz, Jacek, and Artur – who had already been shaping the technology landscape since the early 2000s. They had supported enterprise-level accounts such as leading banks, global insurers, and major telecom operators, delivering solutions at scale in complex corporate environments.

As our team grew, we knew it was important to stay connected – not just through work, but as people. In 2018, we organized our very first “Sorigówka” – a team offsite that quickly became one of our favorite traditions. It gave us time to pause, share what we’d achieved, and focus on what really drives us forward: strong relationships with our teammates, partners, and clients. Today, Sorigówka is more than just an event. It’s a reminder that we’re building something together – not only as professionals, but as a community.

As we kept growing, it was time for a new space. In 2019, we moved into a bigger office that better matched who we were becoming – a more diverse, energetic team ready for bigger challenges. The move wasn’t just about square meters – it marked a new chapter in our development. It also gave us the space to further invest in our people, technology, and the collaborative environment we believe in.

In 2023, our journey reached a new milestone: Sorigo was honored at the Forbes Gala, receiving one of the most prestigious business awards in the country.  But Forbes was just one of many acknowledgments. Over time, we’ve received multiple industry awards that affirm our quality, reliability, and leadership in the field. In 2025, we formalized our commitment to excellence by earning ISO certification – further proof of our dedication to the highest operational standards.

We believe strong teams aren’t built just in the office – they grow when people connect in different ways. Since 2024, we’ve been heading outdoors for regular team-building trips: kayaking, sailing, and spending time by the water. These moments give us space to relax, recharge, and get to know each other better. They’re fun, yes – but they also strengthen the way we work together every day. For us, success is about collaboration, and collaboration grows when people connect beyond the office.

Meet Our Team

Artur Ossowski

Artur Ossowski

CEO

Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology, with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He specializes in designing and managing digital solutions based on microservices, Kubernetes, public cloud, and DevOps. As CEO at Sorigo, he is responsible for company strategy, key customer and partner relationships, and project support. He has extensive experience delivering solutions for the telecommunications, finance, insurance, and express delivery industries. He has supported project teams in internet banking, systems integration, containerization, and DevOps. As an experienced industry advisor, he promotes practical Lean/Agile applications for improving IT processes.

Jacek Szukalski

Partner, Board Member

Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, he has been involved for many years in the design and implementation of IT systems. At Sorigo, as a Partner and Member of the Management Board, he is responsible for technical oversight, architecture analysis, and coordination of project teams. He has extensive experience working on large-scale integration and system projects, including in the public sector. His responsibilities have included maintaining and optimizing the performance of mission-critical systems. Previously, he spent many years at Infovide-Matrix, where he was involved in developing applications and solutions based on Java EE technologies, ESB, and enterprise-class systems.

Mariusz Rafało

Partner, Board Member 

Graduate of Computer Science and Econometrics at the Poznań University of Economics, and PhD in Economics from Kozminski University in Warsaw. He is an expert in data management and advanced data analytics. Assistant Professor at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he conducts research on advanced machine learning algorithms and AI safety. At Sorigo, he is responsible for company development in the areas of data analysis, reporting, and AI-based solutions. He has years of experience designing Big Data and AI systems, especially for the telecom and energy sectors. He manages a team of architects, analysts, and data engineers, supporting Sorigo clients in building data-driven solutions.

Jacek Brzoza

Sales Director – Poland

Established professional with strong experience in sales, analytics, and customer relationship management. With 20 years of practice, he has a deep understanding of the finance, education, and IT industries. His expertise lies in using analytical insights to drive business growth and optimize solutions. With experience in negotiation, sales strategy, and project management, he delivers on sales goals effectively. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at Rzeszów University of Technology. Currently Sales Director at Sorigo. He follows a win-win philosophy in both life and business. Proud father of two teenagers.

Kacper Wasiak

Sales Director – International Markets

Holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University in Warsaw. He began his career in strategic consulting, focusing on financial advisory and valuation models for M&A at Deloitte Poland. He later moved into the IT industry, working as an Analyst and Consultant at MicroStrategy, a company specializing in Business Intelligence. Over time, he shifted to sales, building and managing the Eastern European region, working with over 200 clients and partners. Currently, as Sales Director, he actively supports Sorigo’s international expansion and develops strategic global partnerships.

Joanna Koperkiewicz

Joanna Koperkiewicz

Account Manager

Graduate of postgraduate studies in Management at the University of Łódź. For nearly two decades, she has worked in B2C and B2B customer service and sales team management. She began her career in customer service for the telecom and finance sectors, later managing large sales teams and facilities, including in education. At Sorigo, she is responsible for managing key client relationships and supporting them in the area of body leasing.

Katarzyna Macierzyńska

Katarzyna Macierzyńska

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Graduate of Management, and Finance and Accounting at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She began her career in the EdTech industry, focusing on planning and coordinating operational and development activities. For over five years, she has specialized in IT recruitment, gaining experience both as a Recruiter and Business Development Manager. Currently at Sorigo, she serves as Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing recruitment processes in the technology space.
